I downloaded my file to order a OneColor transfer. After checking, a plain-colored rectangle appears instead of my file.

The downloaded file has a background. You must remove this background from your file and re-import it so our software can correctly treat it. Don’t forget to suppress the original file with background in “My uploaded images” section.
